With five roll forming plants located in the US and Mexico, Roller Die + Forming products made in the Americas. We believe manufacturing close to home is cost effective and results in a high quality product. We are also a huge supporter of US Veterans, contributing regularly to USA Cares and hiring veterans at all of our facilities.
For companies looking to advertise their products as “Made in the USA” in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission’s definition of the term, finding suppliers in the US is key. When analyzing whether something can use that term, the FTC will review the entire supply chain for the product to ensure foreign contribution is negligible. With plants in Kentucky, Georgia, and Florida, Roller Die can be a key supplier in helping ensure your final product meets this standard and made in America.
Manufacturing nearby in Mexico also has huge advantages, especially when you consider the logistics of shipping to and from Mexico versus China. Our plant in Queretaro is a cost effective and high quality solution with a team that works closely with our Louisville headquarters.
The roll forming process can be used to form a wide variety of cross-section profiles. An open profile is most common, but a closed tube-like shape can be created as well. Because the final form is achieved through a series of bends, the part does not require a symmetric cross-section. Unable to find an exact match in our metal roll forming tooling library? No problem. With nearly 200 years of cumulative metal roll forming and shop experience, our engineers and in-house tool room can still meet your needs.
